| I'M STILL ALIVE!
So I haven't been on xanga for quite a while, but I plan on making a comeback. School and work are engulfing all of my time. Since xanga has become a YFC domain, I just wanted to proclaim how much I crave service! Although I'm happy with my high marks in school and having sufficient funds, I can't wait until I get things moving. I want to serve for Him! Pre-con is coming soon!
I miss you friends! I feel deprived having not seen you in ages. Please don't think I could care less, because in reality I yearn for a day to hang out. I hope we can make it happen soon. I still have your Christmas presents! If it wasn't for Reynel, I`d seriously be an insane loner. Valentine`s Day is overrated, but I`ll make an exception ;)

| Crud, I haven't been on this thing in ages. I joined livejournal for a bit, but found it boring since YOU GUYS aren't on it. A lot has been stirring up since October. School is piling up, and I have been falling behind in assignments because of how much I've been working. Especially in data management. My high school math courses have forever scarred me from futher pursuing the subject. I'll be thankful when Friday comes along and school is over for the holidays. But I'll still be busy everyday during the break, either working at Mexx or working on homework. I'm learning how to drive too, but I make mistakes while driving because I'm excessively nervous. Gaaah, I just feel so stressed and worried about things. In dire need of a breather.
No pain, no game. Despite the stress, I'm thankful. Although my managers are "witches" and some seasonal people are just flat-out annoying, I like being a working girl. My favorite co-worker is Nick, my white boy twin. We laugh at so much, it's not even funny. But anyways, the benefit of making the bills is that I can finally buy my own presents for my family and friends. I'm buying Mexx jackets for my parents, and either BabyPhat earrings/necklace for my "gangster" sister since she's likes that kind of stuff. I have to buy the friends gifts after I get my next paycheck, which is on the 30th. I'm dumb by not saving money earlier. Speaking of which, FORMAL IS THIS FRIDAY! A sweet kick-off to the holidays. I'm going to do my absolute best in making sure we hang out during the break.
So it's back to being the optimist. Happy holidays, play safe.

| I miss my friends. I haven't been around (or online) lately. Busy is not my middle name anymore, it's all that I am these days. It's a love-hate situation -- I love what I'm doing, but I hate the lack of time I have because of it. Balance is key, which I am continuing to learn and strive for. I actually use my school agenda. Every year I've started it in September, then eventually stop using it cold turkey. But now, it seems I have to do something everyday. Very fulfulling in a way. I hope to pencil in a day with my friends and boyfriend soon. I really miss going out and just having fun, without the time limits or worrying. And I miss YFC. Things for Highschool-based are pretty rough right now, but I'm really praying that we start moving.
Homework is calling me. Ack.

Stolen from crosswalk83. FIND ME! I'm so disappointed because I'm not going this year to RLC! I booked this weekend and last weekend off when I first got hired at Mexx, but my manager didn't remember so she scheduled me for last Sunday, which was my Black Belt Grad. So she told me not to do that in the future and cancel last minute, therefore I couldn't get off working this Saturday and Sunday. FRICK! Okay, so Edgewood isn't as great as Best Western and most of my friends have told me they aren't going. Still, I'm going to regret missing it. May God Bless the leaders attending Metro's Regional Leaders Conference! The time is now! I'll be praying for you guys!
Maaaan, I've been so busy now-a-days! I have work on whenever I'm scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Then, I just started driving school which will last until early November on every Monday and Wednesday. Plus, SCHOOL! I can't believe I have this much on my plate. At least I have Fridays off, which I plan to use for two things -- going out and HOMEWORK. I plan on staying home a lot when Reynel leaves for the Philippines in December, since the friends live far away and are pretty busy themselves. Nerd, I know. But it's okay, it'll all pay off... driving my own car, making money, working my way to U of T, haaanging with my homies. Sounds good, no?
I NEED SLEEP! Seriously, does anyone have GOOD methods of keeping awake besides coffee?
